Torry Sheppard

Associate Pastor

Torry met his wife, Kaylin, during their freshman year at Lee University, and three years later, they tied the knot. Now, they enjoy life with their three incredible kids—Morgan, Palmer, and Sloane. When he’s not working or writing, you can find Torry hitting the golf course or spending time with his family and friends.

Torry and his wife Kaylin are passionate about helping people discover their full potential in Christ. Torry has a gift for reaching the lost, equipping the church, and teaching the Bible in ways that help people learn and love God’s word. His ministry experience includes serving in young adults ministry, discipleship ministry, and as an executive pastor, leading him to his current role of associate pastor at Gateway. He is thrilled to be part of what God is doing through this ministry. As a third-generation pastor in the Church of God denomination, Torry is proud of his faith heritage and excited to carry on the family tradition.

Torry holds a bachelor's degree in Church Ministry (Discipleship Emphasis) (2018) and an MBA (2020), both from Lee University.
