Mykah Farren
Worship Pastor
Mykah had been serving Gateway for over a decade before stepping into the role of Worship Pastor in 2024. As the daughter, granddaughter, and great-granddaughter of pastors and music ministers in Texas, Mykah sensed her call to ministry early on in life and began leading worship at Gateway when she was still in high school. Since then, she has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Music Business & Business Administration from Belmont University and recently received her Master’s degree in Worship Studies from the Robert. E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies. During her studies, Mykah continued to serve at Gateway as Worship Resident and still leads worship and a small group for Gateway’s youth ministry. She is delighted to now be serving as Worship Pastor, bringing worship renewal to Gateway and equipping spiritually influential followers of Jesus alongside an exceptional ministry team. When she’s not working or making music, Mykah is most likely reading, running, quilting, or enjoying a cup of coffee with friends and family.
